  Asking as in, is there an upgrade I can get for the steam edition, or do I just have to re-buy it as the special edition via the webstore (the same webstore that advertises steam, and then says the game isn't available on steam...)

  Seems like the devs have plans in this area, so better to wait and see what they come up with before making a decision.
