NS2 is written with a completely different engine than Subnautica. So no NS2 in sight.
They switched to x64, dropping the x32 support of windows platforms. The percentage of x32 owners was so low that it wasn't feasible for the game to be shackled by the x32 restraints, and since the switch runs much better for most. You can put in for a refund if you wish, but a warning needs to be put on steam about the incompatibility, if not already.

However it's very good, impatient to really play at this game !

@Tristan02 Unity has a bug with MacOSX with AZERTY Keyboards (which they are still taking time to fix). If you switch your input to QWERTY you will be able to play properly.

In the moment Mac EXP Version is no playabel in full screen mode since over one week.
I hope you will fix it soon.
