Blue ocean of Death

Hi,
I have a problem with the ocean being, not blank but kind of misty in a sense there is no sea floor or anything there its like it all disappeared even after dl the latest update, any way how to fix the bug or problem?

Same problem here, sometimes I get like 1-2 features spawned, like 1 scrap metal and a bush of grass, or an oxygen-brain sponge and smth else but only 1-2 objects and everything blue, I tried swimming for miles and is everything open water, no sea floor and everything, no life forms etc, only water.
