My suggestion: 'Manannán', so named after the Gaelic sea deity, Manannán mac Lir.
Other suggestions:
Okeanos: Ancient Greek mythology. The divine male personification of the sea. Also the name of a single river that encircled the world.
Calypso: Ancient Greek mythology. The sea-nymph who held Odysseus captive on the island of Ogygia. Daughter of the Titan, Atlas.
Hydros: One of the primordial gods of Greek antiquity. Child of Chaos.
Et cetera, et cetera.
Incidentally, the first person to suggest 'Waterworld' gets a free prize... The Official Subnautica Whoopee Cushion!

For example, if I had to name a huge key spaceship in a work of science fiction, I'd call it Einstein.
Concepts/thingies that come to my mind about the planet of Subnautica, and from which I would derive a name would be beauty paired with deceptiveness, harshness, the unknown, and some word that would describe water in some nice way. Sea gods/goddesses are a good choice. Here's one:
Vellamo
- a sea goddess. The finnish word, "velloa" means the movement of water and waves.
How about 'Väinämöinen' ? - A particularly famous name from Finnish folklore and literature.
Greek mythology has been the standard go-to place for exotic names and places for as long as I can remember, particularly in a science fiction scenario.
In many ways, it's also a fairly lazy solution. Always happy to see something new.
P = Celestial Body Type: Planet
M = Planetary Class ('Minshara' - The Vulcan designation used for Earth-like planets) - A gratuitous nod to 'Star Trek'.
(H) = Primary biosphere, hydrological.
#### = Unique planetary ID number.
