[21965 Aug-15] (Experimental) Seamoth still refuses to dock with the Moon Pool

Several updates ago, in the experimental branch, the Seamoth stopped being able to dock with the Moon Pool. I want to say it was one of the 216xx series updates. Since then, and even now that the Habitat Update has been released, the Moon Pool still refuses to allow the Seamoth to dock with it; if you attempt to raise the seamoth up to the surface of the water within the Moon Pool, it acts as some kind of force field, deflecting the Seamoth downwards, as though it were a solid barrier, yet, the character is able to pass easily through the water's surface. I son't know if this is a result of lack of power to the base, but you wouldn't think that the water needs power, unless it's some wierd mechanic they had to do to make it work...
