Hello to u all.
I have a prob whit the graphic in subnautica.
What is wrong i have try to re-install the game but its the same.
Any1 that can help me. Is there something i can change in the options?

Do all the graphics look like this?
What graphics card do you have installed? Have you made sure you've got the most up to date drivers?
Hopefully somebody who has more knowledge on these sort of things may be able to assist.
Leon's suggestions are worth trying, pretty much what I would've said
Also make sure you aren't using an integrated graphics card, it's worth checking I think
