    I might finally try to get in on the newcomer tourny this year. Always been tempted but work always a pain to schedule around. Any body know what kind of time commitments there would be for newcomer tournament?

    Thanks, @Mephilles, I'll read it over... If I get this job I interviewed for last week, I will join to celebrate! If I dont get it, I'll be working both those days during tourny time :/

    Doesn't matter if you are new, a casual player for a long time or a pubhero, don't be afraid to just sign up and play for fun since that's what we all do.

    Fine, aright I filled out the sign up form, even made an account on nsl. No idea how further information (especially team assignments) will be disseminated though

    You can attend the training sessions on wednesday and sunday night where you can find other players to make a team with. You can check page 4 of the help document for detailed info regarding that.
    Or you can make a topic at http://www.ensl.org/forums/25 to find a team / players for a team, the sticky there gives an explanation how that works.

    I'm using Chrome (v44.0.2403.157) and it says all cookies are being accepted (non blocked). I used Microsoft Edge (IE replacement with Win10) and I could login OK. Please let me know if you want anymore info. For now I'll just use Edge.

    Great to see interest in competitive is still strong! So far we have a lot of individual signups (about 45-50 right now), and we're going to begin to sort them into teams soon. Remember that you can make your own teams and sign up with a fully premade team, or individually and we'll sort you (though you can request to be with other specific players). If you've ever wanted to try 6v6 in NS2, now's your chance! It's a nice low-pressure introduction into it, and should be a lot of fun!
