  That seems to be a steam issue. I would recommend to do a full nuke .

  Thanks , after posting this in the morning , i have to go back home using my laptop , plug the second HDD in and reinstall game
  
  Also i have run chckdsk window tools on that HDD and check , its seem have some kind of Defragment problems

  100% working again >:D Also im notice NS2 loading screen have new kind of "Loading Data" words and loading time is faster too

  For me steam gave "disk write error" but restarting steam as administrator fixed it.
