Build 276 [Failed to start app - Unknow error ] Cant start NS2 after update this morning

Hi , after game update 276 patch this morning i cant launch game from Steam
its say like this

i have tried google to find problems , but none of them work ( include re install Steam and delete ClientRegistry.blob + reinstall game)
Last night im play previous patch 275 normally , someone have same problems please help <:)

Thanks , after posting this in the morning , i have to go back home using my laptop , plug the second HDD in and reinstall game
Also i have run chckdsk window tools on that HDD and check , its seem have some kind of Defragment problems

100% working again >:D Also im notice NS2 loading screen have new kind of "Loading Data" words and loading time is faster too
