It seems to happen about a minute after I spawn as an Alien (I don't usually play Marines so I don't know about them), but about a minute after spawn(sometimes less) My screen will freeze and the background sound continues, I click around my screen, and it goes white- shaded, by then I got to Task Manager and end Ns2.exe but this has happened four times today and I believe once or twice yesterday. Hope this helps. I still believe in you devs c:

It also displayed a message reading something like, could not allocate (over 5 million) bytes, application will now terminate? I don't really remember word by word, but I believe that's very much like it.

Read the instructions again. We don't need your Techsupport.exe but the tech-support.zip which you create by running the Techsupport.exe after your client has crashed.
