I don't agree that having a password for vehicles is a good idea. Quite frankly I think its a bad idea. I don't want to have to enter a password every time I want to use a vehicle. Not to mention, why would you even need a password in the first place? Who is there that you would need to keep out of your vehicle and why? Subnautica multiplayer is not going to have matchmaking so the only people you will be playing with (which will be limited to 4) are the ones you have agreed to play with (i.e. only your friends).
I think the multiplayer shouldn't be in the game.
The devs create subnautica as a co-op and in the future the game will be a co-op,not multiplayer... no server ,no password for vehicles and not an infinite terrain as minecraft.

Indeed. This is the only form of multiplayer that I can see working for Subnautica.
