Minidump.dmp and Mog.txt fattal error

Hi.
I start game and connect to the server. After 5-45min plaing BOOM!!! Fattal error: Minidump.dmp and Mog.txt.
Please help.

Welcome to the NS2 tech support!
Please read
these instructions
and supply us with a tech_support.zip
If you run into another crash try to do the following steps:
Keep NS2 open!
Press the Windows key and R
type in
%temp%
and hit enter.
Find the Minidump.dmp and copy it to your desktop
Close NS2
Zip the Minidump.dmp and post the zip file here

microsoft sysinternals process explore
.

Sorry it took me this long to answer. Make sure that NS2 is still open when you look for the minidump file.
