Water Filtration Machine gone?

hello, i started a new game today and then i noticed the Water Filtration Machine is gone? is it removed or what?
i tried starting over again a couple of times but its gone for me

    When i loaded a save file where i already built a machine, it was still there. The only thing gone here is the blueprint. But i wasn't able so far to lokate any fragments...

    So if anyone knows where to find those, i'm all ears.

    Apparently they're found in the new wreckage pieces of the Aurora, so need the cutter to get in
