while exploring the jelly-shroom caves I came across what seems to be a wrecked/destroyed habitat that has a bench, fabricator, workbench and a locker does this suggest that their was previous inhabitants

From my understanding, there are a few abandoned sea bases, and they came from people alterracorp (Possibly?) sent there before the aurora got there.
