Load Button?

I couldn't help but notice there wasn't a Load Button (yet at least).
I'm not sure if they plan on putting one in in the near future (I haven't read ALL of the Dev notes) but it is really a pain to have to exit, get back in game, and wait for the game to load up again.
Not trying to sound like i'm complaining, just putting that out there.
