Cyclops Pressure Compensator Recipe not showing in the Fabricator -- Build 27713 Jan 2016

After learning the recipe by scanning 3 fragments i can clearly see that i have the blueprint of it in the Blueprint section. Despite having a plasteel ingot on me, the recipe for it isnt showing in the Fabricator menu.

I am playing in the Experimental version.

Use a fabricator on the Cyclops.
For some reason it wont build anywhere else.
