No stats after 50+ hrs of gameplay

I've been playing for a while ns2 and noticed that after 50 hrs of gameplay have no statistics of score, kill/death ratio, assist and win/lost rounds.
Also I'm still being green( rookie ) despite of my skill factor.
Explain please what's the problem.

    Make sure to play on servers that are ranked / whitelisted:
    http://hive.naturalselection2.com/servers/whitelist

    Edit: Actually "Wooza's Hamster Wheel 10Spec (Rookie friendly)" was just whitelisted today (14.03.16) apparently.

    you are still hive level 0. rookie state ends at lvl 5 i think. still looks kinda strange that you are still level 0.
    that is infect an issue because without leveling up u will never leave rookie state so there will be restrictions for u on non rookie servers.

    I'm playing on whitelist servers only. Also, my friend played with me on wooza server. His statistics works normal there.

    My bad. The servers could not send the stats to hive due to http timeouts for one or two days. It is fixed now and the stats are updating.

    If you still have the issue, let me know.

    It actually look like the amount of corrupted user data at hive is growing. Once your data got corrupted they won't update at all anymore. But i need the user id of given profile to really investigate into / fix the issue.

    Thanks for the answer, W. Wooza playground is my favourite server. And yes, I still have no stats. And I'm still lvl 0 :C
