[bug] Unbuilt moon pool 30230

Survival mode
Placed a ghost moon pool outside base but without any of the required ingredients.
Saved game.
Exited to desktop (to allow someone else to use PC).
Restarted game.
Reloaded earlier save.
Ghosted moon pool gone - no surprise.
Placed and built new moon pool to side of where earlier ghosted moon pool was located - all ok but there was an invisible wall in one corner of my new moon pool.
Swam outside to where ghosted moon pool had been and there was an invisible wall there. When I held the habitat builder it identified that a moon pool was present and offered option to "E" demolish. When I did so the invisible moon pool disappeared - a bit weird!
BUT - It also gave me back all the ingredients for a moon pool so in theory I now have a moon pool with out needing to expend any material.
Not had a chance to repeat yet

OK so I have found out how to make this bug/exploit 100% repeatable and not just for moon pools also for multi use rooms.
Effectively you get a full refund for an item you didn't actually "pay" for.
