My world disappeared

Okay so I was playing on my world and I left for the night. I saved my world then clicked "Quit to desktop" The next day I came to play on that world and it was gone. At the time I had 2 worlds, a creative world and a survival. The survival was the one that disappeared but the creative stayed. I deleted the creative incase there was a glitch. But there weird thing is that the survival world remained in my SavedGames folder. It was labeled "slot0000" I don't really know why but I would like to recover this world or something.

I forgot to mention. I later exited the game and relogged and then the "Load World" Slot was gone as if I deleted all my worlds.
