BUG - MAC Basic PROBLEMS EXP. MODE begin from 31852 (General Problems since June 2015)

Hi Guys,
(my Mac Computer description is below)
Please eliminate these basic errors, so that at least the game base finally working. Some errors I am watching for over 4 months.
Following Problems:

- STEAM OVERLAY IS A BIG BUG
In Full Screen Modus= I cannot run this game with overlay Modus. It randomize crashes extremly - must do Hard RESET
Only window modus runs
- the Game stutters very hard
- FPS sometimes goes down to 3. It is unplayable at this moment.

- since H2O Update - the back of the start screen is green, when I switch in another resolution, then it turns into the original backscreen.
- I think, the first idea with the small Option window is better. So I change resolution before big screen.
- The loading of the area around me is very slow, and it does not feel good. The landscape must load earlier (the range of view is broken)
- The watersurface is too clear (like Chemical mercury), before H2O, It was better, I think.
