[BUG] Map Scanner Room Upgrade not working

I created the HUD upgrade for the scanner room but I can't place it in the upgrade slot. I have also created the range increase and had no problems with putting in place. They were created within seconds of each other with the HUD chip being created first. Anyone else having similar issues?

The HUD ship goes where you would put the thermometer and compass at in your inventory, it shows you things that you would normally only be able to see with the cameras.
