Underwater Magnet Train

Hey Guys,
I would like to have something like an underwater train with attachable wagons wich drives on tracks. Would be really cool. It could be named something like: "Magnetic Transportation Vehicle". So it works like an magnet train. I would like to have that. I would make an farming track where I can transport quartz or something to my base.

Hope you enjoy my Idea

Sounds interesting, but I feel an entire train would be unnecessary. Maybe a little automatic transport drone which you fill with items that you can send from one base to another by building two small docking stations for them, one at each base. If you have more then one base, you can choose to select which base to send the transport to. I don't think it should be able to transport you, as that's what submarines are for, but if it transported items, that would be pretty convenient. If they also added some sort of creature that attacks your base at some point and you needed to get your stuff out of your base as fast as possible, this would definitely be a useful tool.

Yea a big train may be too big but maybe you could build tracks and make small little seamoth sized wagons on it and there would be different upgrades to give the wagon special things such as one upgrade would be for storage to transport items or another could be for defensive like torpedoes and perimeter defense systems.

the seamoth could be made to be able to tow a storage cube like a trailer or the cyclops could be given an autopilot programmable to follow a certain path setup ether by recording a continuous path as your driving the cyclops or by setting up waypoints using the beacons, issue I see with this is the possibly of being accidently left behind and stranded with limited O2
