[BUG] Oxygen Level stuck at 105s [32425 May-2016]

Hello,
After the Machinery Update, my oxygen level is broken. It is always stuck at 105 seconds.
Also the ingame bug report (F8) doesn't work. A message appears:
"Oh no!! Something's broken. Are you connected to the interwebs? If you are and still get this error, tell us about this on the forums." Well, here you are.

After crafting and obtaining my first O² Tank, the maximum oxygen level increases from 45s to 105s, but after that it's stuck. No matter how many or what kind of pressure bottles I carry, my maximum oxygen level doesn't change. I can still run out of oxygen and drown, and picking up filled O² Tanks has no effect on the amount of air I have left. I can still drop completely filled O² Tanks, even if I'm about to drown. I still get slowed by O² Tanks, though.
I don't think videos or pictures are required to help you imagine my problem, are they?
I already tried:
- Dropping and re-equipping them
- Different amounts and upgraded O² Tanks
- Reloading and restarting the game
- Creating a new savegame
- Re-installing the game
It's very annoying and more or less game breaking, since deeper areas are very hard/impossible to explore without a submarine.
I hope someone can help me, or I'll just have to wait for the next patch.
