Terraformer fabricator craft missing??

XBOX BUG: I have all the Terraformer fragments and all the things I need to craft them but it will not appear in fabricator crafting!

    I believe the terraformer has been removed from the game, due to a few outstanding bugs and what-not, though I'm not sure about the xbox version.
