  It's not even in the PC version yet (though you can spawn it on PC). Don't worry, it will eventually make it into the game.

  The Sea Emperor? The model is in Experimental, but its behavior still needs tweaking. It's unknown when it will be implemented in stable.

  Yes, it's in the XBOX game. You can spawn it in but it's a very outdated and scaled back version.

  I'm pretty sure that if you find a creature egg and put it in your aquarium it shrink down the creature model.
