Can't scan the beds

I found the both beds in the mountains wreck but I can't scan them

Just type the command UNLOCKALL or BOBTHEBUILDER to unlock the bed blueprint. (These commands unlock all the blueprint)

There is one scannable bed in the grand reef. just find the wreck somewhere at the back of the biome. You may or may not need a laser cutter (i cant remember)

If you are on an old save then the new beds are all bugged out. I had to start a new game to get them to be scan-able.

I'm on a new save and all the Mountains stuff is unscannable to me. The other two places are fine, but not Mountains.

Still not working, complete de/re-install, new game, tried different resolutions in case of hit-box weirdness - nothing... the wreck I tried is on / close to the Island NORTH of the Aurora, 2 different beds, 2 different types of shelves, desk, chair, numerous different plant pots and an LED lighting fragment - only things that scan are one plantpot (type 3?) and the LED fratgment (hit / scan box for this is WAY off) - pretty certain this is not intentional given the location / difficulty / presence of leviathans etc etc... have fed-back twice on it.

Ok, so I've found scannable bed (bed 1?) and wall shelves - I'll eat my words - perhaps the big old Island wreck is some kind of show-piece? (I do recall it being said that the additions were not easy to find - with hind-sight it would be odd to find everything in one spot)...
