WALKING UNDERWATER?!?!?

I don't know why, but every time I need to start a new game because the first time I go out of the escape pod, and then go into the water, I go to the bottom and I start walking like if i was on land!!! please help me!!!

just get back into pod if can or use a command called nocost and build a corridor and hatch and then if you go back outside you should be able to swim again

and if you dont know how to open the commands its (RB )(LB) and (A)
