Would love to see some drones/ A.I. management in Base (with its own dangers)

Giving a base an A.I. would mean that you can put in some extra things for the A.I to say. It would mean you could use your scanrooms for automatic resource gathering and inside drones for moving material from dock to storage.

It would be an endgame technology with its own drawback. It would have a big power usage and lack of power for an extended period of time will turn the A.I. rogue. This would mean it would lock all doors (meaning they'd have to be cut through with the laser. And turn every drone in the area hostile towards you. They would focus on collecting a random material and attack the player on sight.

This would be a pretty cool mechanic, seeing as your own base could become enemy territory. It could also become its own endgame mechanic where it would try and infect other bases.

I like the idea I'm just not sure about drones doing all the job. An AI could be added via a module to the seabase. It could be a companion for the player, making funny remarks like Glados (Portal) or giving him infos like that hologram in the Mass Effect games, and of course take over as they always do.

The drones DO kinda resemble Aperture Science personality cores. Just sayin'.
