Xbox 1; Scanner Room HUD Chip

Scanner room HUD Chip doesn't show up in your inventory after making it. I even closed the game application tried again no joy. I also saved after making one, closed game app and still no joy.

    Got on game this morning and noticed the Scanner room HUD chips were on the players equipped gear in the slots on both sides of his helmet. So with that being said all should be good.

    Ok so now I tried putting it in the scanner room slot and the scanner room hud chip wont go in.

    ok I feel dum. I watched a youtube video on the chip and its suppose to go in one of those slots next to helmet. With that being said I do believe the scanner room is broken on the xbox 1. nothing works and it has power.
