Base round room missing? (solved)

So i made a new game was slowly working towards the new stuff when i came across this very odd issue, I got the builder tool out but when i looked the room was not listed anywere. I figured ok maybe they gated it so i got the solar panel's still nothing and i have no idea were it went is this a bug or is the room gated if so could you explain to the player how to get one that is a big deal not being able to live under water for long.

You can put a solar panel on a passage way like a T-section and use that as a temporarely base.
The room you wiill have to search and scan.

If you search the Multipurpose Room:

Ther is an island, where you can go. Just stand on the top of your Escape pod, look arount, you will see 2 spheres
which floating in the air far away, go there. On that island you can easy get the Room.

ahh thank you, I figured that might of been what the dev's did but i did not read it anywere? So was kind of confused by the whole thing.
