Should accumulators use power cell to store power ?

A accumulator is under devlopment thy store excess power for sea bases.Thy can be spawnnd from the dev consul. But the capacity is up to 50 that is to low if i want to use mostly solar panels or thermal reactors or bioreactors as solar panel and thermal reactors store 50 of power.

Why is 50 too low? If they're very large or expensive, that might pose an issue, but otherwise it's simply a matter of building however many you feel your base needs.

Maybe if we put the batteries in the accumulator to charge them faster, it seems like a better idea to me. (Voted for no)

Why aren't power cells being used as the accumulators? Why add an extra power storage device to the game, when there's already one implemented?
All that is really needed is a device similar to the power cell ports on the Cyclops.
