Warnings of Blood Lost on next food intake

I've got a garden set up with 4 different types of grown edible flora and would do like 3 each but still take a blood lost, there needs to be some kind of warning ahead of time that the next grown food you're going to eat is going to result in a blood lost or some kind of harmful effect.

actually, is when you eat too much. it isn't the food, you just are over consuming on food.

There is a warning. Look at the food item in your inventory. It states +20 food +4 water or whatever the item gives. Then look at your food meter. It the food will give +20 food than dont eat if over %80 full in the meter or you will hurt yourself.
