Losing oxygen everywhere

I just finished building my prawn and when I use it I realize that the oxygen was slowly decreasing
I read the wiki and my power are still 100\
is this a bug or did I miss something here ?

    It's being discussed quite a bit in General. It's either a bug or feature, but they implemented something where oxygen production burns through energy reserves now. You can see it in vehicles and bases.

    I'm personally hoping it's a bug. As a *feature*, it's pretty game breaking.
