Powerglide animation bug

Describtion:
Whenever you are holding the powerglide, it starts to act really weird!
It still works, however it doesn't show up really in your screen!
(Look at the video if you don't understand me xD)

    Yeah the Powerglide's animation has been bugged for me as well for a very long time now. I stopped using it for this very reason. It does indeed work quite well in all practicallity but the way the animation looks like now is a real turn off lol

    Not sure if they'll ever decide to fix it/properly integrate it into the game eventually or completely cut it from v1.0
    Hopefully it gets fixed soon :smiley:

    But what is even the use of it? I only found that it has some weird power to move quick to the left... Doesn't really sound like a thing you would like to upgrade for that, right?

    I think the point of the powerglide is that instead of having a flashlight when u right click, you get to go like 2-3 times faster than regular speed. It really needs to power you forward tho, instead of left'ish like it does now. This only serves to prove that this thing isnt completely done yet and needs some more luvin' before it gets fully implemented in the game

    I thought that was the Seaglide.

    Which works just great for me, I use it in all tunnel/wreck exploring. Its a comb of flashlight, and fast moving (in all directions).

    Is this 'powerglide' some sort of 'sideways motion only' device? A gimped Seaglide?

    It's a non-released item obtainable only through console commands. Why would anyone be surprised about glitches? Wiki claims it's going to be removed, anyway, but does not cite source.

    Oh, so an initial attempt at a feature that was just left behind in lieu of a better version of the code? I've done that in my code too ... lol.

    So? If they ever want to use it again, they atleast know it is bugged ;)
