Same happens to me every time I make or spawn Seamoth. The work-around for me now is to start in stable mode, spawn the seamoth, then change to experimental mode and load the game. But if I loose the vehicle the game is over, as I cant load the savegame from stable mode again... Hope they fix it...

I have the exact same problem with the Cyclops. My game just hangs, so I don't have a crash dump to share.

I'm pretty sure it's due to the animation that's played when the vehicles are constructed. Unknown Worlds, please fix ASAP!

Okay so I've kinda found what might be a workaround: don't look at the Seamoth/Cyclops/PRAWN while it's being constructed/spawned. Seriously, as soon as you click the button to construct or press Enter in the console to spawn, TURN AROUND and wait until the hear the splash of finished product dropping into the waves. Then you can turn back.

Using this absurdly simple but completely unintuitive workaround has got me from a game-killing hang everytime I try to construct one of the above, to a game-killing hang maybe 1 out of 5 attempts. So it's not perfect, but it is a lot better.

If this works for anyone else, please let me know!
