Hello,
I am waiting on some parts to put together a gaming pc. I have been gaming on console for years and havent gamed on pc for perhaps a decade!
I have heard so many good things about Subnautica and I think it will be my first pc purchase!
I will be setting up my gaming pc in my home theatre room and playing on the couch on a 110" screen (hd 1080p projector). Hopefully I can get the ps4 controller to work with it.
I just wanted to say hello and I am looking forward to playing this in a week or so when I put the pc together

Im sure you will love the game, altho be prepared to encounter bugs as this is still in Early Access state. The whole story of the game is being fleshed out as of now so its pretty much only survival so far
Don't worry about using controllers, they're just as easy to use with a PC as a console.
Had someone tell me to try: http://ds4windows.com/ for the ps4 control
http://pcpartpicker.com/ <- I'd use this one to 'put it together' before actually ordering the parts, you can swap stuff out, experiment, check prices for most sellers like Amazon, Newegg, etc.

Eh, here, here's a walkthrough: (actually apparently now there's also an app to do it for you, sort of)

wow game did load in 30 sec as opposed to like 3mins. The game also feels smoother to play
Yeah, that too, because it can load new terrain extremely fast from an SSD vs a traditional hard disk. As they optimize the game, this (and to a lesser extent, the loading times) will probably become less noticeable.
