Game stutters to the point of crashing during PRAWN movement.

Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen of these forums!
I've mostly been lurking around to find answers to non-fatal errors thus far. This issue, however, has me practically unable to play.
You see, the game has frame drops. And by frame drops I mean the screen hanging for 10 seconds before the next set of frames is rendered. I've tried to move my swapfile to my SSD (in case RAM was shorting, though that seems unlikely at 8GB) to no effect. This appears to happen most often when Subnautica's busy loading new areas as I move about in my PRAWN, but I've had it happen in my base, and while extending said base. I've attached a zipfile for each crash below, in my OneDrive, the most recent of the crash reports having a DXdiag in it, for reference.
Please help me to work around this issue (or you people could try and patch it out altogether
).

Also you could try clearing your cache, also in my sig.
