Crashing after 10 minutes of play

After playing for a few hours last night, i loaded up this morning and sailed off, and had the game crash after 10 minutes. I loaded back up and went off in a different direction, and crashed after about another 10 minutes. I have emailed in the crash files but the game is unplayable for me now. I don't necessarily want to reset the terrain, but I do know that option exists.

Machine is I7, 16 gigs ram, 980 ti sli'd btw, have been running it maxed for a while.

Now this ^ is what I like to see.

Not sure if this save specifically will help the devs, but if everyone did that, then they would surely have enough data to find what they need.
