Unaccessable Living Quarters

in Subnautica on Consoles
I just bought and started up this game in the past 3 or so days, and I finally got inside the Aurora in Freedom but I cannot seem get into the Living Quarters as the floor is not there.

Is there a way to fix this, or should I start a new game sadly :(
