Cutting through 5 billion doors in wrecks + can't scan plant shelf?

I'm on the latest patch, playing Survival, etc.
So at first I thought this was some kind of glitch that would cause my cutter to restart every time I was cutting through a sealed door. But nope, turns out I would have to cut through about 4 or 5 doors. This didn't happen at all when I started playing. It also seems the wreck in the SW Grassy Plateaus is just completely gone. I heard someone say they swam in it, saved and reloaded, so I'll try that out now and see if it works.
The other one is just a minor thing, hopefully. I was in a wreck (I think it was the Mushroom Forest one) and swam up to the area with the door and plant shelves on either side of it. It seemed to be doing the same graphical glitch as the multiple doors were, that sort of glitchy overlay. I couldn't scan them at all, either of them.

Nope, did everything and it didn't work.
I guess worse comes to worse I could start over... .__.
