description:
a huge base apparatus (reactorsize or maybe even an own room)
fuctionality:
creates elements out of nothing (energy)
you should check the whished for element, similar like the radar room : Ti, Au, Ag, Cu, Al, Pb, C (diamond), Hg, Si (quartz),....
it will take a time 1-4 days based on the element steady filtering / small but steady energy consupmtion
then it would be ready and would need to press the element into form (high onetime energy consumption 250+) maybe sometimes even failing (need to repair -welding)
reason why / lore friendly
because it is the ocean and it has contact with many different elements there will be ionized forms of that element in the water
so filtration only would take time and energy to get enough ions out of the water for usage
(this is not even science fiction it is science)
first I just wanted to be able to grow own quartz crystals via seabed or something, but I think making it drain energy makes it more balanced

this would just be a realistic solution on respawning/infinite resources... for end game base building (for early game this would be OP anyway)
