[Crash] Constant crashing - can't play

After several hours of playing without a problem, I started experiencing framerate drops, some wrecks would fail to appear completely (I could only see doors, steel beams and some fire effects) and finally constant crashes which made the game unplayable for me :(

I don't know if it's connected to the crashes, but I started crashing after the sunbeam countdown, when I was moving towards or away from the landing site.

I would really appreciate your help.

    Same here for me. After Sunbeam crashed my game also crashed after a while. I tried this 2 times and now i was trying to not receive the message from the sunbeam to enter the planet. Worked well at first but now my game crashed anyway and i don't really know why. All these crashes are between 7-9 hours playtime. Only difference at last crash was my cyclops above my base. Cyclops itself worked fine. (traveling, entering, exiting and so one)

    Now i'm really sick of the game crashing and losing all my inventory or losing some progress.

    I am not sure if this is a solution or if I just got lucky:

    I tried driving away from the island without looking in the ocean (I was looking at the sky). Every 30-60 seconds I was saving the game and when the frame rate dropped and it looked like I was going to crash I stopped everything and waited and didn't crash this time. At some point I reached my base, saved and never crashed since then. So I suspect that the issue is around the island.
