Can't deconstruct medical kit fabricator (Build 42313)

I tried to construct a medical kit fabricator but it won't focus on it. When I try to deconstruct the reinforcement it says "Can't deconstruct. Medical kit fabricator should be deconstructed first. I've tried to construct the fabricator from both sides but it says the same thing. Help!

Fully re-construct the med kit fabricator. Then take the medkit out of it. Then deconstruct it.

You might have to fiddle around a lot to get to where you can complete the fabricator so that you can deconstruct it. Try jumping, going from outside base, etc.

Also, does the ground invading your base mean they removed terraforming in experimental, or is that from clearing cache?
