    Hi

This is a well documented proplem since the last stable update, and I believe (HOPE!!!) that the devs are looking into this for the next update (due on or about 24 jan 17). I've had 5 crashes today alone. Extremely frustrating! But that's the risk we take when playing alpha games.

Until the next build, you can use the cache clearing workaround found in the first line of my signature below: ▼

I have to be honest. I have had 8 crashes today, and that's despite your cache clearing suggestion. It simply does not work for crashes. Seems to work a little for lag but not crashes. :'(

It has worked for others, so I would assume your crashes (and others' as well) aren't related to whatever crashes the cache clearing helps. If you want to see if your bug is resolved, switch to experimental, load your save, poke around, and exit without saving, then revert back (to keep your save). I'm willing to bet at least some of the issues are rectified.

Or are you on experimental already?

No I'm on stable builds. I like to discover new things in stable updates. Having experimental would somewhat spoil that surprise.

I've only just started having these crashes since the Precursor stable release. If I start a brand new game then play is fine for several hours. After that the lags and crashes get progressively worse. Clearing cache helps with lag, just about, but still crashes.

I can't thank you so much for helping me with this! I thought I was just going to wait for the next stable update to go around the ILA

I think it is this bug:
    http://forums.unknownworlds.com/discussion/147508/bug-wrecks-stacking-in-the-same-location-version-42313#latest

Short: When saving wrecks and vines spawn multiple times in the same location. When changing biome it can crash your game.
This is also a main reason for fps drops.

This way I also get a ton of lag with my GTX 1060 after around 2 hours of gameplay.
