[bug] cannot fully construct or deconstruct living walls in bases (version 42313 jan 2017)

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
whenever i try to construct a living wall in a multipurpose room in my base, the holographic construction graphic appears, but there's no prompt to construct or deconstruct the wall and no way to get rid of the transparent image of it.

    had this happen to me too. What worked in the end, was to swim outside the room, and there I was able to complete construction and/or deconstruction, "from the back side".
