Infinite Batteries (Bug)

Well, I just found out that when you build a Floodlight, take out the battery and then deconstruct it you get 2 batteries out of it in the end. That's it. Maybe floodlights should be changed that they just drain energy from the next base to fix this or start without battery and you have to put it in after you built it.

    Or add battery to the Floodlight recipe (honestly, I think any device that uses a battery or powercells should probably require them. Except maybe the Cyclops, but, maybe even including it -- why not? It's a monumental achievement, it's supposed to be expensive and time-consuming.

    The recipe already requires a battery. I get what he's getting at. Build one, take battery out of it and then deconstruct it and you get another battery back. That is an exploit if I didn't know any better.

    The fix could also be that deconstructing only gives a battery if the battery is still in the item.

    Alternatively, construction doesn't take a battery and it doesn't have a battery in it in the first place.
