Reapers in shallows and Under the map

So, I have noticed this a couple of times. I will just be chilling next to my seamoth then OH MOTHER OF LORD FARQUAAD! A reaper leviathan appears out of the ground kills my seamoth, and then dives back under the map. On one occasion it pulled me UNDER the map with it. This was the same one that kept hanging around my life pod. I just would steer clear of his area, but now in several different locations reapers just hide inside hills and mountains pop out to kill me and then vanish right back into the mountain.

I have a reaper battling it out in super shallow waters in a couple of meters from my lifepod with reefbacks. They actually are not even in the water most of the time. I kind of living with it.

Clear your cache and they will go away.

They are Easy to kill. I got tired of 2 i had around my area. So i killed them with prawm.

I'm having the same problem.. My save is pretty much unplayable. Reaper everywhere around my lifepod. I even reset cache.

its an error with the AI and spawn locations. some of the animals have collision issues with terrain where they warp underground (leading to my seamoth graveyard under the map)

I had a similar issue. Not sure were they came from but 2 reaper leviathans came out of no where and killed my new moth. Then proceeded to victory dance around me.https://youtube.com/watch?v=_LWt1r78AUU
