  This happens...rarely, but it happens. Usually closing and reloading sends the phantom second lifepod back into the Twilight Zone. If it doesn't, make sure you add that to this thread! (Because that is unusual.)

  I've seen this several times. Usually, if I see two of them, I quit and reload. Then, the second one is gone.
