Water graphics missing

The title says it all. Both the water surface and the underwater effect are gone. It's not a game breaker by any means, but it certainly is a HUGE immersion breaker. I (and everything else) appear to be flying rather than swiimming. How do I get rid of this? Clearing the cache, realoading the save, reloading an earlier save, rebooting the game or rebooting the system didn't help. The problem only exists in one save, but I don't want to restart.

I had this issue i just went in side my cyclops and when i looked out the issue resolved itself mind you i was so fascinated by the no water or shadows that i think i was looking around for 5 mins lol..
