Neptune launch Pad

So the launch pad is in the game but why when I build it on the mobile vehicle bay, it doesn't build? It just freezes for a couple seconds and then nothing happens.

Pretty sure those videos were made by hacking the game. The devs have stated they don't take kindly to it (if I understand the statement correctly) but they aren't the type to issue take-down notices.

Basically AFAIK, there's a switch in the code to set all of that stuff as locked off. Some have figured out how to flip the switch, and published the results (yay, spoilers!).
