[BUG] Alien containment is doing a bad job of actually containing things [Version 57637]

[Description]
Creatures hatched in alien containment seem to have a tendency to gradually drift out of the containment tank, to the point where they can end up circling the exterior of the MP room the tank is in. They can be picked up and placed back inside, but it generally happens again given enough time.
[Note]
I'm not entirely sure if this is a related issue, but it seems that as they drift outwards they have a tendency to spontaneously deal massive damage to the habitat. Placing a hatched creature back in containment also seems to have the potential to do this as well. I believe that this may be due to them clipping slightly into the habitat walls, and the game likely interprets that as a massive impact.
Also, the bubbles from brain coral can apparently kill creatures. I had noticed that creatures in containment bled when they collided with an air bubble, but until last night I'd never seen it actually kill any of them. But when I climbed in last night, my Stalker and Boneshark were both dead, confirmed by the tooltip when I picked them up. My alien containment consists of at least 4 vertically stacked units, and isn't being used for breeding purposes, so there was only 1 of each hatchable creature in there, meaning it likely wasn't due to overpopulation or anything.

Comments
Still, the most annoying of these is where they slowly phase through the walls of the containment, it seems to be the most consistent of the bugs.
